Tibet, a rich and beautiful land is located at the main part of Qinghai - Tibet plateau, south west frontier of China. Tibet possesses more than 50 peaks above 7000 meter. Tibet borders with Sichuan, Yunnan, Qinghai and Xinjiang to the south contiguous to India , Nepal Sikkim, Bhutan and Burma and bounded by Kashmir on the west. The Tibet autonomous region with a population of two and half million, mainly of Tibetans, and an area 1.2 sq. km.
There has a long history, majestic mountains and rivers, regular customs and habits, wonderful natural landscape with monks clad in robes and yellow hats are seen everywhere. If you were to set foot on this virgin land, to follow the steps of pilgrims dating from ancient times, to visit the great temples and Monasteries, to enjoy the culture, to sight the different custom and to trek around the mighty snow clad peaks, you would surely be intoxicated with their wonders.

All tourist visiting Tibet requires valid China visa and special Alien Travel Permit which they can obtain by joining tour organised by recognized travel agencies. Those who arrive in Kathmandu with a Chinese visa issued by Chinese Embassies outside of Kathmandu will find it useless for entry into Tibet.
Diplomatic passport holders must get clearance from Beijing for travel into Tibet which often takes long time. It is advisable to travel on non-diplomatic passport, if you have one.
We require at least 7days notice to process your Tibet visa via Lhasa and at least4 days in Kathmandu for the Chinese Embassy to handle your passport .Visa can also be issued in less then 3 days upon payment of USD 30 rush fee.
15 days Nepal visa is readily available at the TIA or any other land entry points on payment of USD 15 visa fee.
Those with chronic health problems should consult a doctor before making travel plans. Most people visiting Tibet rarely suffer more then mild discomfort before getting acclimatized. Best remedial measure isto stay cool, not to engage in physically exhausting, activities, drink plenty of water, stay warm and have a positive mental attitude. And if you do get sick take “DIAMOX”.
INSURANCE
All travelers’ visiting Tibet are strongly recommended to provide for their own trip insurance from their own home country that adequately covers for medical, emergency rescue expense, trip cancellations or any other eventual mishaps.
CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES
Warm clothing is required through out but more specifically from October to April . In general dressing in layers is the best. Few change of clothes with shirt, sweater, jacket & cotton inner lining with tops and bottoms. Comfortable walking shoes, pair of pants should suffix. During the month of October to April wear woolen or down clothings & boots. Also you will require a water bottle, water purification tabs, chapstick,suntan lotion, utility knife, flash light, battery operated shavers, dusk mask or bandana, medicine for common colds, headache, fever, stomach disorder & diamox for altitude sickness,

VISITING BHUTAN
All foreign nationals' tourists travelling to Bhutan must travel through all-inclusive package tours. The Royal Government 11*% has set fixed tariff. This tariff includes the services of accommodation, transport, guide and meals.
•Actual visa is stamped only on arrival in Bhutan with the support of visa clearance, which will be sent you in advance.
•Visa clearance number is also required while issuing Druk Air tickets.
•Two copies of original passport size photographs are required on arrival.
•Visa fee is US$ 20 per person payable on arrival in addition to the package costs.
RESERVATIONS
•All tours must be booked through Tour Operator and entire land arrangements will be made by the same agent.
•For clients travelling in peak seasons and festival time, it is necessary to book 08 weeks in advance. Autumn and spring are the peak time for the tourists and
without early reservation it can be difficult to confirm flights and hotels.

International tourist tariff is set by the Royal Government of Bhutan and is valid for all-inclusive package.
1.The daily tariff for the tourists visiting in a group of 04 persons or more is : US$ 210 per person per day
2.For individual and small groups of less than four pax (04 pax), there is additional surcharge. above the daily applicable rates as follows:

3. The rates are inclusive of the following:
